Cancellation Policy

This is the Cancellation Policy for Imagine Me Stories. Imagine Me Stories is a children’s book company and shares no affiliation with any other companies with similar names.

Subscription Cancellations

By signing up for a subscription please note that your subscription is continuous until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your customer portal. For assistance, please email us at hello@imaginemestories.com.

Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Subscription renewals are processed on the 2nd of each month. To prevent your next subscription order and payment from being processed, please cancel before the 2nd.

If you cancel on or after the 2nd, and the subscription order for that month has been generated this order will still be fulfilled. Your cancellation will take effect before the following month's renewal, so no further subscription orders or payments will be processed.

Commitment Subscriptions

If you choose a 3, 6 or 12-month commitment subscription, this is the minimum number of subscription orders you agree to complete.

Your subscription will continue to renew automatically after you have completed your minimum commitment unless you cancel it.

If you do not want your subscription to continue after your commitment has been completed, you can set it to auto-cancel through your customer portal.

Please note that void or unsuccessful payments do not count towards your commitment.

You can cancel without an early cancellation adjustment once your minimum commitment has been completed. If you wish to cancel before then, please see Commitment Plan Early Cancellations below.

Commitment Plan Early Cancellations

Any introductory discounts or complimentary gifts provided with a 3, 6 or 12-month commitment plan are offered on the basis that you complete the agreed minimum commitment.

If you choose to cancel before completing your commitment, those introductory offers will no longer apply.

For a discounted first box offer, your first box will be adjusted to the standard month-to-month price and the difference will become payable.

For a complimentary gift offer, the current store price of the gift received will become payable.

As a small business, this allows us to continue offering these introductory discounts and complimentary gifts to customers who choose our commitment subscriptions, while keeping our commitment plans fair and sustainable for everyone.

This does not affect your consumer rights.

Prepaid Gift Subscriptions

If you have purchased a prepaid gift subscription, this is a one-off purchase and will not automatically renew. This will be clearly stated at checkout.
