If you have a commitment term subscription, you will be able to cancel after the commitment period has passed. Any cancellations applied from the customer portal prior to the end of this period will only take effect once the commitment period has passed.
By signing up for a subscription please note that your subscription is continuous until you cancel. For commitment plans, the commitment period of 3, 6, or 12 months is the minimum period your subscription must be active for and your subscription will be automatically renewed and your payment method will automatically be charged until you cancel your subscription. If you do not wish for your subscription to renew after the commitment period you can easily set this to auto-cancel within your customer portal. Please note that void or unsuccessful payments do not count toward your commitment period.
Commitment Plan Early Cancellations
Any discounts or gifts given on commitment plans of 3, 6 or 12 months are applied on the assumption you stay subscribed for the entire agreed commitment period.

If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment you no longer qualify for any discount on any boxes.
For the first box free offer this means you must pay the one-month rate for any box you received a discount on.
For the free backpack offer this means you must pay the current store price for the backpack received (£24.99 as of 11/09/2023)

This does not affect your consumer rights.
Subscription renewals take place on the 2nd day of your renewal month. Any cancellations need to be done prior to the 2nd day of your renewal month in order to prevent the charge.
