Shipping policy
Subscriptions
Your first box will ship within 5 days. Subsequent boxes will ship on the 26th of the month after re-billing has occurred. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and is per box. You are liable for any customs duties or taxes.
Shop orders
We will aim to dispatch all one-off shop orders within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated.
Wrong Address/Parcel not collected Policy
Please do check your address to ensure it is entered correctly.
If you have made an error in entering your address, or if a delivery was attempted and you did not collect your box from the delivery office we will need to charge a reshipping fee to cover the cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. For UK orders this is typically £5, but may be more for large orders.
Please note if your address error results in your box being delivered and received at another address, it would be your responsibility to retrieve the box as this would be out of our hands unfortunately.
