Refund policy
Subscription refunds
Our priority is sending you boxes you and your little one will love and we will do our best to ensure you are happy with your boxes :) If you have any issues at all with your boxes please don't hesitate to drop us a line at hello@imaginemestories.com so we can do our best to assist you.
In line with our 30 day guarantee, you may cancel your first order and receive a refund at any time before your first box is delivered and up to 30 days afterwards, beginning on the day after you receive your first box. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products minus any delivery fees if your box has been shipped.
Any return requests received more than 30 days after receipt of your first box will not be processed. This is in line with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). We are not able to accept returns of any subsequent boxes.
You must return the box and its complete contents unused and in their original packaging to Imagine Me Stories within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We cannot part refund individual items in your box eg individual books or activities. The box must be returned with complete contents. You are responsible for any delivery costs, we recommend using a tracking service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shop purchases
We have a 14-day return policy on any books and physical items purchased from the shop section of our store, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (This excludes subscriptions, gift cards and digital products)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund any postage costs and you will be responsible for posting the items back to us. We recommend you use a tracking service to ensure they are received.

Digital Products
We are not able to provide refunds on any digital products (including our activity packs).
Gift Cards
We are unable to offer refunds or returns for any Imagine Me Stories Gift Cards.
Refund approval and method
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If there is any damage to the returned products we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction to the refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
